Staff was nice and polite and very accommodating The view from the 6th floor was great and the balcony was comfortable. TV with netflix was great for evening chill(only hotel in Japan we stayed at that had it) Close to the shopping mall, coin laundry, restaurants and entertainment center that will cover all your needs for sure! A vending machine on the floor was nice 👍 Quite close to a beach with a separated swimming area 👍 A bike rental station in front of the hotel (couldn't figure the app though)

Beautiful hotel, lovely room, enormous bed. We got a nice friendly welcome when we arrived. Housekeeping did a great job with daily service when we were out (and windows so clean couldn’t tell if the glass doors were open or not!) Stunning infinity pool, which was never too crowded. Loved trying out all the saunas, including relaxing in the hot stone room. All the facilities were included, which I believe is not the case in all Okinawa resorts. The beach wasn’t too far, but was a bit of a hot walk. It’s fenced off and the water is very warm. There are a couple of busses a day to/from the airport. Appreciated the concierge booking for us 10 min before (I didn’t realise it needed to be pre-booked.)

Excellent rooms very spacious with large twin beds. Good shower room with bath also. Views from balcony was beautiful (road near but that did not bother us) and we could relax there late evening when it went a bit cooler. Staff very helpful at all times of asking. Always very polite and always greeting you. If you want to go around to see the island you need to have a car. We hired one from the hotel which was ideal for us. The beach takes a while to walk to in the hot weather so we only went once although very nice. The pool and Spa etc were great. There are shuttle buses too and from the airport which call at this hotel.

Bell staff very alert and prompt to attend upon our arrival at the door, always greet guest and looks welcoming. Staff stationed at the new year drink that serve awamori, friendly and explain about awamori drink for new year. Sliding door is spoilt upon check in, they offer to change our room but we decide to stay in the same room as lazy to pack, unpack luggage. Temperature(aircon and heating) is easy to control and accurate. Balcony is big and good size for lounging around and chill Rental bicycle parking just outside lobby, which is very convenient to cycle around for fun. Beach is as shown in picture with red arrow. Looks near but walking takes some effort

I booked this hotel because of its proximity to Naha airport and because of the sea view. It did not disappoint! The room was very spacious and well designed and the bed was very comfortable. I loved all the details like the fine bone china mugs and the balcony with sea views. The sound proofing was excellent which makes a huge difference to the overall relaxation. The pool was also amazing, especially at sunset. Breakfast was excellent!

Many facilities in the hotel, which are open for a long time, warm water pools where you can splash around with the kids even in cool weather, excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful service. There is an amusement center near the hotel, where you can play bowling, etc.

I absolutely loved the lounge bars! The cocktails were fantastic, and the food was just as amazing. I really appreciated how, even though everything was unlimited, they never compromised on quality. The infinity pool was stunning in the evening, and sipping cocktails outside made it feel even more heavenly. Breakfast also exceeded my expectations—it was so good that I couldn’t resist indulging, even if it meant breaking my calorie goals for the day! A big shoutout to the concierge team as well! They were incredibly helpful and made my (somewhat unplanned) trip around Okinawa so much more enjoyable. They were super attentive, always understanding what I needed, and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience. I truly appreciated their warm and thoughtful hosting—it made my stay extra special!
